Service Projects

  • 因私隱問題，未能與受助家庭合照

  • Fabric donation to PolyU ITC department, they share that their students used one roll of the donated knitted fabrics for their recent classes

  • students attending Fashion Design classes and working on the subtraction cutting project, the knitted fabrics fit the purpose well - to create drape and abstract design form.

  • There are increasing cases of COVID-19 in India and the situation is very worse. Our club teamed with Rotary Club of HK North Point and Rotary Club of Braemar Hill to assist through donating 3 oxygen concentrater machine. These machines will be shipped out, via Fedex, on 7th May. We sincerely hope it speedly arrives in India to serve people in need.

  • Our P Peggy prepared lots of lunch coupons from Cafe De Carol to Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service Centre.

  • Two organizations exchanged souvenir after packing the masks, hand saninizers , noodles.

  • Speaker Ms Mary Hemrajani - 全球華人乳癌組織聯盟Global Chinese Breast Cancer Organisations Alliance; conduct regular talks to promote breast health education, early detection and breast cancer education. Support is also offered to breast cancer patients through its Pink Angel Chemotherapy Programme.

  • It was our honor to have Dr. Rico Chan, the founder of the Beyond Vision Project to share with us " Seeing Through Touching and Hearing" .

  • We had lots of fun when we listened to Mr.Li Kam Fung' s presentation on "Enhancing Our Memory" ! Mr Li is from Rotary Club of Kwun Tong and had great records in competition on Memory. He taught us three skills of fast memory tonight.

  • Joint meeting with Rotary Club of Soho HK

  • Inspirational talk on design thinking by Dr. Ernest Lo. He shared his wisdom of applying design thinking in business innovation and creativity in agriculture, education and enviromental protection etc. Dr. Lo pointed out that empathy and considering the needs of stakeholders are the keys of success by applying design thinking.

  • Mr. John Lee , senior occupation therapist of Kwai Chung Hospital, presented the achievements of the the Rotary Care Bracelet Project sponsored by our club.
